On average, you'll receive your feedback within 48 hours during the business week but there are exceptions:

- If you make a request on a Thursday or Friday, you'll likely receive your analysis the following Monday or Tuesday, but it could be delivered before then.

- If you make a request over the weekend, you'll likely receive your analysis the following Tuesday or Wednesday, but it could be delivered before then.

Subscribe to a plan and you'll be redirected to your very own ManyRequests board. From here you simply create a username and password, upload a profile picture and you're ready to rock.

You'll receive a welcome email from Ruck Review with instructions on how to navigate your dashboard and upload your first clip!

Easy - there are 2 ways:

  1. You can click the link you were sent initiallly when you subscribed
  2. You can click "login" at the top of our website

Ruck Review is a one-man agency, run by Adam, the founder. Ruck Review does not employ other analysts, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.

Very simply - once you login to your personal ManyRequests dashboard, click "requests" and start typing!

You can add images, docs, pdfs, sound and video files to your request. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in ManyRequests, it's fair game.

Yes and no.

If you subscribe but don't use the service inside the first 15 days, then yes, you can request a full refund.

After 15 days, there is no refund option, nor will refunds be issued for completed work.
